We recommend booking early—especially for weekends, holidays, and popular events like Ellicottville’s Fall Festival and Winter Music Jam. We accept all major credit cards. For group or full-village reservations, reach out directly and we’ll help plan the details.

Each Basecamp cabin is designed for modern comfort in a compact, nature-connected setting. Enjoy full kitchens or kitchenettes, Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, outdoor seating, and access to walking paths along Plum Creek. Linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies are provided. Whether you’re staying in a Studio or the Aspen Chalet, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing, easy getaway.

Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. We’re a smoke-free property, and pets are welcome in select cabins with prior approval. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival receive a full refund minus a small processing fee.

Basecamp is located just under a mile from the center of Ellicottville, New York, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and après-ski spots. We’re minutes from Holiday Valley Resort and Holimont Ski Club, making it easy to get on the slopes in winter and onto hiking and biking trails in summer. On-site parking is available for all cabins, with overflow nearby if needed.
