Basecamp Policies

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We offer contactless self-check-in for convenience. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request but can’t be guaranteed, especially on weekends or during peak ski season. Guests will receive full arrival details and parking information before their stay.

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival. All paid pre-payments are non-refundable. Because Basecamp operates year-round with limited availability, cancellations made after booking cannot be refunded. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in plans. For group or full-village reservations, please contact our team directly to discuss options.

Basecamp welcomes families, couples, and groups alike. Children and pets are welcome in most cabins (please confirm pet-friendly availability when booking). Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. All cabins are wheelchair accessible and suitable for guests with limited mobility. Credit cards are accepted for all reservations.

A security deposit hold of $200 is placed on your credit card at arrival and automatically released within 2 days after checkout, pending inspection. Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning needs, missing items, or damage beyond normal wear. We keep things simple and transparent—no surprise fees, just care and respect for the space.
